I love the gentleness, the calmness and acceptance that threads through everything you write. Even when pain is attached there is still a level of quiet protectiveness about it.

Beautifully written. One thing I am proud of is starting a yoga for migraine program in January and still sticking with it in June, even while traveling. While I have not lost much weight, maybe 5 lbs, my migraine frequency and pain level are down. Progress, just slow. Wishing you peace.

This past season I’ve left behind an environment that had so much good but parts of it were becoming toxic. I’m learning to trust myself again and keep some of the good things as I go forward.

All so true! Thank you! Even when it doesn’t feel like I am growing. Not hvng to prove myself to others. On my own timeline. Even in this. I do learn and tell those who I work(ed) with and for that life is not a race/sprint. It’s a journey. We all learn and process differently, on our own pace.
